We are looking for a committed and inspiring Area Manager to join Complete Childcare to support a cluster of 8-9 of our Early Years Nurseries. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a qualified and experienced Nursery Manager ready to lead and support multiple nursery settings across our group, championing high-quality early years’ education and ensuring the best possible outcomes for children and families.

Covering areas of Newbury, Reading and Banbury.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage performance of assigned nursery managers through coaching and support
  
• Conduct regular quality assurance visits and operational reviews
  
• Ensure Ofsted compliance and support inspection preparation
  
• Monitor financial performance and implement improvement actions
  
• Support recruitment and retention initiatives in assigned nurseries
  
• Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints
  
• Drive occupancy improvements and marketing initiatives
  
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures

Essential Requirements – Early Years Area Manager

• Full driving licence and willingness to travel between nursery sites within the area
• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or in a senior multi-site early years role
• Strong knowledge of EYFS framework, safeguarding, Ofsted, and best practice in nursery management
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with ability to prioritise and manage several settings
• Demonstrable commitment to delivering outstanding standards and equality in Early Years care and education
