We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our warm, family-oriented nursery with an exciting opportunity to lead our Forest School / Outdoor Learning initiative. Whether you're passionate about training in Forest School methodology or already hold relevant qualifications, we'd love to hear from you. We offer full funding for Forest School / Outdoor Learning training and development, giving you the chance to establish and lead our program in a supportive environment where your ideas and passion will be valued. Your main role and responsibilities will be to:
- Deliver outstanding care and education to children, meeting the highest standards.
- Plan and implement activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring observations, learning journeys, and planning are up-to-date and relevant.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive environment that supports children’s individual development and promotes British values.
- Safeguard children’s welfare, promptly addressing and escalating concerns as per safeguarding policies.
- Ensure all paperwork, including registration forms, settling-in documents, and daily records, is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining high-quality environments that respect and support children’s diverse needs and stages of development.
- Promote equality of opportunity and ensure that children with additional needs are fully supported, working collaboratively with external agencies when required.
